Born and raised in Berlin, Sabrina Pankrath finished school with the final secondary-school examinations and initially started to study nutrition technology. Rapidly she asserted that this wouldn't be her life of choice and decided on following her lifelong passion: musical theatre. She then started to study musical arts in Berlin, which she determined successfully in 2011. During the studies she was already playing main roles in external productions like Gnomy in "Honk!".
By the end of her studies she got several engagements at Theater am Kurfürstendamm and Theater an der Parkaue in Berlin, in films, web-series and events. She started operating in the field of studio and live music as well and in 2013 became frontsinger in the melodic rock-band "Scaramouche".
From 2015-2019 she was working in the permanent ensemble of Uckermärkische Bühnen Schwedt as an actress and musical singer, seamlessly followed up by a change to the ensemble of Theater Plauen-Zwickau until 2022, where she is currently starring Ellen Dawson in the sting-musical "The Last Ship", re-entering her freelancing career. Up from 2023 she plays Julia in "Hammerfrauen" in Frankfurt/Oder and Gretchen & the witch in "Faust'N'Roll" on mount Brocken in Harz, as well as performing as speaker and singer of the band "Roof Garden".
